The Beauty of Autumn – Maternity Photographer Hammersmith, London

The colours of the autumn! How pretty are they! Remember this photo?

I shared it a few weeks ago as a sneak peek from a recent maternity photography.

Aren’t these red leaves stunning?

Last month I went to Hammersmith, in London, to meet this mom-to-be and capture some maternity photos.

It was a beautiful warm day with blue sky, quite unusual for the London weather 😉 We went for a walk along the river and got some photos there before moving to the park. I love outdoor locations for couples and family. Being outside and enjoying a walk allow everyone to relax and to look more natural in the photos as well.

The best time for maternity photography is between 32nd and 36th week when the belly is showing nicely and mum is still not too tired and doesn’t risk to get into labour! This mum was around 33 week. I always suggest to arrange the maternity session around this time or anyway before 35th week especially if you are planning a photoshoot in a park. When we are on location we walk quite a bit to find the best place or to get to a quiet area where there are no many people. Of course we take break for mum to relax but the more pregnant you are the harder it gets 😉

Here some photos from the maternity session.

Now I’m looking forward to meeting the little girl!!

I offer both location and studio shoots depending on what your preference is. Getting in touch and book the session after your 20th week scan is the best time. If you want to have a chat you can contact me via email or call me on 07577 978246
