Friday again! I used to do Friday reviews and talk about books my daughter liked or places and events to try, or things to do like cooking!
So here I am again with another recipe that Amy tried to make: goldfish cupcake.
A few months ago I went to photograph an event for Annabel Karmel and I got a nice bag with a recipe book, an apron and a hat and other bits and pieces. It’s in this book that Amy found this recipe. She really enjoys cooking 🙂
- 125gr butter
- 125gr caster sugar
- 100gr self-raising flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 50gr chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons ready-made buttercream icing
For the decoration:
- chocolate buttons
- giant chocolate buttons
- white chocolate buttons
- hundred and thousand
- whatever you like
