Goldfish cupcake – a day in the life

Friday again! I used to do Friday reviews and talk about books my daughter liked or places and events to try, or things to do like cooking!

So here I am again with another recipe that Amy tried to make: goldfish cupcake.

A few months ago I went to photograph an event for Annabel Karmel and I got a nice bag with a recipe book, an apron and a hat and other bits and pieces. It’s in this book that Amy found this recipe. She really enjoys cooking πŸ™‚

You need:

  • 125gr butter
  • 125gr caster sugar
  • 100gr self-raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 50gr chocolate chips
  • 5 tablespoons ready-made buttercream icing

For the decoration:

  • cheerios
  • chocolate buttons
  • M&Ms
  • giant chocolate buttons
  • white chocolate buttons
  • marshmallows
  • hundred and thousand
  • whatever you like

And Amy will show you the steps πŸ™‚

By the way they were delicious! Happy Friday and happy baking!
